Aims & Scope

Journal of Orthopaedic Case Reports (JOCR)publishes original and interesting Case reports, Research Articles, Original Articles, Review Articles, Surgical Techniques/Technical Note that contribute significantly to Orthopaedic knowledge. Manuscripts are reviewed by the Editorial Board and two external referees, and if your manuscript is accepted, it will be subject to Case Report INR 18,000 (450 $ for international submissions), Original Article INR 27,000 (600 $ for international submissions), Review Article INR 35,000 (700 $ for international submissions). No charges for submitting the manuscript or for a decision on the manuscript. Authors will usually receive a decision on their manuscript within 8 weeks. (Please note we do not provide W-8 forms) All manuscripts are to be submitted via the Journal submission software on the website. Any other query regarding article formatting for the submission process can also be mailed to [email protected] The Journal follows the Uniform Requirements for manuscript as laid down by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (http://www.icmje.org/urm_main.html) Manuscripts submitted toJOCR mustbe submitted in the format described below. Articles that do not meet the journal’s style will not be peer-reviewed or considered for publication. All articles should have line numbering and not be more than 2000 words for Case Report, 3000 words for Original Article and 3500 words for Review Article, with a minimum of 10 and maximum 30 references (maximum 50 references for Original Article and Review Article) and maximum 10 figures and Tables in Case Report, Original Article & Review Article. Manuscripts should also contain an structured abstract of up to 350 words. Abstract (Maximum 400 words): Aim & Background, Material & Methods, Result, Conclusion and Keywords (Minimum 3)
