Aims & Scope

This journal is a scientific, open-access (double-blind peer-reviewed) publication from Allameh Tabataba'i University, a leading university in humanities and social sciences, published in Iran since 2003 with a permit from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance. The journal obtained scientific-research accreditation from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2009 and achieved an 'A' scientific rank in 2024. It aims to provide an intellectual environment for national and international researchers focusing on production and operations management, quality management, supply chain management, modeling and simulation, project management, safety, risk and reliability, performance management, multi-criteria decision-making, and new theoretical knowledge and successful experiences in management. It publishes research articles (conceptual and applied) in Persian with extended English abstracts electronically. Each article has a unique DOI for identification and search. The journal adheres to the principles of ethics in publications and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the executive regulations of the law on preventing and combating academic fraud. It uses the Samim Noor plagiarism detection system, accepting articles with a maximum similarity of 15%. Issuance of acceptance and publication certificates is solely dependent on the author's request and receipt of an acceptance letter stamped and signed by the editor-in-chief. Certificate holders must inquire with the journal to verify its authenticity.
