Aims & Scope
The Journal of Environmental and Tourism Analyses (JETA) is an annual publication dedicated to research on tourism, environmental issues, and sustainable development from a geographical perspective. The journal welcomes contributions that adopt interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches, encouraging both theoretical and applied research. It aims to provide a platform for scientists and practitioners to share innovative findings, critical analyses, and practical solutions addressing contemporary challenges in tourism and environmental studies. The journal is an international referred and peer-reviewed publication, having both online and print versions with ISSNs. It represents the initiative of the Research Center for Regional Analyses in Tourism, Environment and Sustainable Development’s members, Faculty of Geography, Bucharest University. Its print version is managed by Universitară Publishing House, Bucharest, Romania. Journal awarded by the Senate of Bucharest University, in 2021. The journal seeks to serve as a platform for the dissemination of theoretical and empirical research , including original research findings , results from scientific and practical projects , c ase studies, critical book reviews, and comprehensive reports from workshops and conferences. Journal of Environmental and Tourism Analyses encourages interdisciplinary, international scientific cooperation and trans-disciplinary findings across all tourism sectors interested in a sustainable way of development or environmental issues. The journal`s Editorial Board will focus upon those articles about new trends and development within all tourism sectors and environmental issues, application of new knowledge for sustainable development for the stakeholders‘ activities . Journal of Environmental and Tourism Analyses also welcomes submission of materials in areas related to education for environment , sustainable tourism , including those made by cooperation among researchers, teachers, policy-makers and practitioners.
