Aims & Scope

The journal's scope is multi-disciplinary to bring together mechanical engineering and materials science aspects. The Journal of Mechanical Engineering and Sciences publishes original full-length research articles on analytical, computational modeling, structural mechanics, metal forming, behavior and application of advanced materials, impact mechanics, strain localization and other effects of nonlinearity, fluid mechanics, robotics, tribology, thermodynamics, and materials processing. Review articles that address significant challenges in the field and critical reviews that address and minimise knowledge gaps, provide good direction, or provide a valuable guide to the readers are encouraged to submit.
