The journal seeks to provide a forum for international scholars. Its aim is to promote studies in the areas of Western philosophy explored by Étienne Gilson. This aim is pursued by publishing scholarly articles on philosophical realism, metaphysics, history of philosophy, philosophy of God, philosophy of civilization and culture, and Christian philosophy.
