Aims & Scope

Jurnal Berkala Epidemiologi (JBE), or Periodic Epidemiology Journal, is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Airlangga. It aims to publish original research or literature reviews related to the field of epidemiology. It also publishes commentary articles written by epidemiologists who discuss the latest issues that occur in the world. The scope of JBE is Epidemiology of Communicable Disease, Epidemiology of Non-communicable Disease, Epidemiology of Tropical Disease, Epidemiology Surveillance, Outbreak Management, Epidemiology of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases, Epidemiology of Cancer, and Disaster Management.
