Aims and Scope Al-Mazaahib: Jurnal Perbandingan Hukum is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal that aims to provide a reputable international platform for scholarly research in the areas of legal thought and legal comparison , with a particular focus on Islamic Law, State Law, and Customary Law. The journal welcomes a wide range of research articles, including both normative-doctrinal and empirical studies, that contribute to the academic discourse in these fields. The scope of Al-Mazaahib includes Legal Comparison or Legal Thought in the area of: Islamic Law, State Law, and Customary Law.
