Aims & Scope
Conexión offers a meeting and dissemination space for communication from applied, theoretical, or empirical perspectives, concerning journalism, advertising, communication for development, audiovisual communication, social communication, political communication, communication policies, new media, activism, subjectivities, among others. The journal's scope aims to receive contributions that are about or related to narratives and research from and from the Global South, specifically the Ibero-American space. The fields, themes, and disciplines of interest of Conexión are broad and varied, and this diversity of perspectives is what guarantees the interdisciplinarity of our searches, links the heterogeneity of our objects of study, and connects our findings transversally.
