Aims & Scope

The purpose of international scientific and technical journal "Mechanics and Advanced Technologies" is to familiarize scientists all over the world with the modern achievements in the field of machine-building with the results of scientific research and advanced calculating methods and elements designing of machine-building structures. In particular: Mathematical and computer simulations of technical systems behavior, aviation and power engineering at static and dynamic heat loads, their reliability and durability. Study of regularities, dynamic processes, stressed state and strength of machines by methods of mechanics and numerical mathematics; Application features of technologies and maintenance of machines and devices life cycle, structures from its designing and production to exploitation; Modern methods of technological processes designing of machine-building production, programming and servicing of numerical control systems, robotic complexes, including the study of modern design computer programs; Modern knowledge in technological mechanics of structure plastic shaping, calculation and computerized design of technological processes from metals, plastics and composite materials in science-intensive engineering, as well as integrated technologies of accelerated small-scale production (Rapid Tooling); New methods of structures forming of layered, fibrous, powdered, nanostructured composite materials, the bases of technological mechanics of composite materials, technologies systems of designing, manufacturing, testing and utilization of structures from composites on metal-based, powder and nanostructured materials; New knowledge on production organization, testing and operation of special purpose products - samples of rifle and artillery weapons, means of human and engineering protection; Modern technological processes, physical and technical processing systems, in particular, technologies of materials processing and synthesis of complex configuration products using concentrated energy sources: laser and electron beam, electric discharge, plasma, ultrasound, electrochemical processes, magnetic field, combined and hybrid processes; New knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, hydro-aero-mechanics, the theory of automatic control, computer design, multifunctional and adaptive hydraulic and pneumatic devices and systems; New processes features in human pathological tissues, methods and equipment of their diagnostics and treatment, new laser equipment, transportation systems, focusing, formation of laser beams with a given parameters distribution in different processes.
