Aims & Scope

The journal publishes original articles and reviews dedicated to the analysis and forecasting of changes in the economy and social sphere of various countries and regions, local territories. Among the main topics are territorial development strategies, regional and sectoral economics, social development, issues of budget revenue formation and expenditure rationalization, innovative economics, and issues of economic theory. The journal publishes articles by both Russian and foreign authors in Russian and English. The editorial office provides an opportunity for young scientists to publish materials from their dissertation research. The target audience includes representatives of the scientific and expert community, university professors, postgraduate students and undergraduates studying the problems of socio-economic development of territories at theoretical and empirical levels. The published materials contain factual information and authors' proposals for solving urgent problems of social development and therefore may be of interest and useful to state and municipal authorities, business representatives, as well as everyone interested in economic and social development issues.
