Food Industry Economics is a peer-reviewed scientific periodical of Category "B" whose aim is to establish an authoritative academic environment for the study and discussion of current economic, managerial, and social challenges in the development of the food industry and related sectors. The journal seeks to combine the theoretical depth of economic science with practical relevance for enterprises, public administration bodies, and the research community — both in Ukraine and internationally.
