Aims & Scope

Marjani Institute of History of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences presents the scientific journal“Crimean Historical Review”. The journal deals with the scientific research works in the field of history of the peninsula from the ancient times to the present, the historical-cultural heritage of the Crimean Tatars and other peoples of the Crimea. The journal was founded on April 18, 2014 by the decision of the Scientific Council of Marjani Institute of History of the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences. The main goal of the journal is to combine the efforts of international and domestic science in solving current research problems in the field of archeology, source study, history and culture of the Crimea. The journal publishes previously unpublished and original articles by Russian and foreign authors in Russian and English. Articles of theoretical and scientific-research are welcome for the publication. Russian- language articles should be submitted with English annotations. Core policyof the journal “Crimean Historical Review” implies the principle of openness of the journal to authors and readers.
