Aims & Scope
The journal aims to intensify scientific research in the field of the history of the Golden Horde and Tatar Khanates at a high international level. The journal's objectives are: coordination and popularization of scientific research on Turkic-Tatar history at the international level, introduction of new sources into circulation, review of scientific monographs in the presented subject matter, organization of a platform for scientific discussions and development of this branch of knowledge. The journal's pages reflect scientific publications of a specifically historical, historiographical, and source-study nature, covering all areas of the study of the history of the Golden Horde and Tatar Khanates. At the same time, the journal proceeds from the scientific concept according to which the history of the Golden Horde and Tatar Khanates is considered as a single world of "Golden Horde civilization". The journal has had an independent peer-review system for incoming materials since its inception. For this purpose, in addition to members of the editorial board, the journal involves well-known specialists in the field of humanitarian research.
