Asian Development Policy Review (ADPR) is a peer-reviewed academic journal committed to advancing the frontiers of knowledge in development economics, with a particular focus on emerging and transitional economies. The journal publishes original, high-quality research that offers rigorous theoretical and empirical insights into the complex challenges of economic development. Markets and Behavior Consumer satisfaction, labor markets (formal and informal), market integration, economic behavior in developing contexts. Sectoral and Regional Development Agricultural and rural development, industrial development, technological change, productivity, country case studies. Sustainability and Natural Resources Environmental development, natural resource management, sustainable development goals (SDGs), climate-resilient development. Theoretical and Empirical Growth Studies Growth models, macroeconomic performance, cross-country comparisons, and micro-level development analysis. ADPR prioritizes research that addresses real-world issues in Asia and other developing regions, promoting cross-disciplinary approaches and fostering dialogue between scholars and policymakers.
