Disease Epidemiology: Outbreak investigations, molecular surveillance, transmission dynamics, and population-based studies. Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR): Tracking resistance trends, elucidating mechanisms, and promoting stewardship. Diagnostic & Clinical Microbiology: Development and validation of novel diagnostic methods and studies on healthcare-associated infections.
