TheEncyclopedia of Economic Lawaspires to become a leading, peer-reviewed academic journal in the field of economic law in the region and beyond. The journal envisions itself as a reputable platform for the development, dissemination, and exchange of cutting-edge interdisciplinary knowledge between legal and economic scholars. TheEncyclopedia of Economic Lawaims to advance interdisciplinary research between the fields of law and economics by pursuing the following objectives: To publish scholarly and peer-reviewed articles in the field of economic law, with an emphasis on innovation and the dissemination of up-to-date research findings. To provide a platform for academic dialogue and intellectual exchange among researchers, faculty members, legal experts, and economists. To promote a research-oriented mindset among specialists and students by supporting the production of context-specific and problem-solving knowledge. To facilitate collaboration among academic, research, and executive institutions for addressing complex legal-economic challenges.
