The journal covers a broad range of topics, including direct or indirect interactions between abiotic or biotic components of the environment, interactions of environment with human society, etc. Starting in 2025, the journal also covers the topic of wildlife forensics, focusing on endangered species, environmental DNA, and non-human trace evidence-related issues.
