The research article submitted to this online journal will be peer-reviewed. The accepted research articles will be available online (free download) following the journal peer-reviewing process. Articles received will be reviewed by at least 1 reviewers. Whether the articles are acceptable or not will be decided by the Chief Editor based on the comments of reviewers in the forum session of the Board of Editors. Since 2018, the examination of plagiarism elements is done by usingTurnitin.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
