Aims & Scope
The journal aims to promote the latest scientific and research developments in the fields of pedagogy and management and quality sciences. Thereby, it provides room for scholarly discourse and discussion on issues located in social pedagogy, labour pedagogy and other sub-disciplines of pedagogy, as well as issues within strategic management, project management innovation, sustainable management, organisational culture, human resource management and other issues in the field. The journal seeks to encourage and provide insightful analysis and cutting-edge research. The editorial board opens up space to promote original scientific thoughts and ideas, promoting an interdisciplinary approach to management and quality topics as well as pedagogy. Only peer-reviewed, original articles that fit into the issues addressed by the journal are published.
