Aims & Scope
The Journal of "Production Engineering Archives" has been published by the Publishing Office of Quality and Production Managers Association since 2013 as a quarterly. It is an international peer-reviewed, open access journal published four times per year only in the English language. It is published both in printed and electronic versions. The works papers which are published in the PEA Journal are devoted to production engineering, quality of materials and technology. The PEA journal accepts review articles, original scientific articles, short communications, case studies. All articles published in Production Engineering Archives are permanently free for everyone to read and download. The journal is on the list of scientific journals of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Presently (since 2013) each paper is awarded with 5 points (the list B, pos. 2039). The Journal "Production Engineering Archives" is the international platform of the scientific exchange within the theory of the production engineering systems organizing, management and functioning theory. The area of interest focuses on the following systems: production, quality, total productive maintenance, materials engineering, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, human resources management including elements of innovation and continuous improvement. Published works include technical, economic and social issues. The articles are published in English. Each manuscript submitted for publication in the PEA journal is reviewed (double blind peer-review). All works published in PEA are available on the Journal's website. The members of the Scientific Committee are eminent specialists in the field of production engineering, materials engineering, quality and safety management, human resources, who are working in Poland and abroad.
