Aims & Scope
A Revista de Investigações Constitucionais (ISSN 2359-5639) é um periódico científico eletrônico, de acesso aberto, quadrimestral (com publicação contínua), promovido pelo NINC – Núcleo de Investigações Constitucionais da Universidade Federal do Paraná (www.ninc.com.br). Tem como objetivo principal a publicação de artigos jurídicos de excelência de pesquisadores nacionais e estrangeiros na seara constitucional, e ser lida por doutrinadores, pesquisadores e estudantes de Direito de diferentes países interessados em Direito Constitucional, por meio da publicação de artigos em inglês, espanhol, português e francês. Seu Conselho Editorial é composto por renomados juristas vinculados a instituições de ensino superior do Brasil, Alemanha, Áustria, Argentina, Austrália, Chile, China, Colômbia, Estados Unidos, Espanha, França, Itália, Irlanda, Portugal, Singapura e Venezuela. A linha editorial da revista segue as principais áreas de pesquisa desenvolvidas pelo núcleo, tendo como eixo central o estudo crítico do Direito Constitucional, priorizando temas diretamente relacionados à dogmática constitucional, como direitos fundamentais, cortes constitucionais, controle de constitucionalidade, relação entre os Poderes, federalismo, processo legislativo e reforma constitucional, sistemas eleitorais, Direito Constitucional comparado, entre outros.
