Aims & Scope
Advances in Neurodevelopmental Disorders is a journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research on neurodevelopmental disorders across the lifespan. Welcomes basic and applied research, theoretical, and review articles in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders. Covers a broad range of issues, populations, and domains, including but not limited to diagnosis, incidence and prevalence, and educational, pharmacological, behavioral and cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and psychosocial interventions across the life span. Defines neurodevelopmental disorders broadly and as including Fragile X syndrome, fetal alcohol syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, childhood disintegrative disorder, Rett’s Syndrome, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and any pervasive developmental disorder not otherwise specified. Promotes multidisciplinary and multi-theoretical research.
