The Journal of Media Ethics: Exploring Questions of Media Morality publishes original essays and empirical studies on the philosophical bases of decisions, mass media content, and the behavior of practitioners in journalism, broadcasting, public relations, advertising, and other mass communication disciplines. It also explores moral development, moral reasoning, and the moral psychology of media actors, as well as the role of media in conflict and violence and peace journalism.
