Aims & Scope
Sociology of Social Institutions is an academic journal that publishes theoretical and empirical articles on social institutions. These studies can include both sociological studies relating to the totality of social institutions or their internal elements (such as the institution of science) and studies examining, analyzing, and criticizing the relationship between social institutions (such as the institution of economics and the institution of science). Both types of research can be done in a historical process and in a comparative method. In fact, the subject matter includes social institutions and organizations as well as groups affiliated with them.
