Doxa Comunicación es una revista científica internacional de acceso abierto , indexada en los principales rankings, perteneciente a la Universidad CEU San Pablo . Fundada en 2003 , se publica semestralmente en español e inglés , en formato digital y en papel, y se especializa en el área de Comunicación . Publica en formatos PDF, ePUB y HTML , sin cobrar cargos por procesamiento de artículos (APC) . Los artículos y ensayos científicos aceptados y editados se publican en la modalidad de "En edición" hasta su publicación definitiva. La revista aplica un riguroso proceso de revisión externa mediante el sistema anónimo de “doble ciego” y garantiza el cumplimiento de los estándares éticos internacionales, utilizando herramientas como iThenticate para detectar plagio . Los contenidos son accesibles de forma gratuita y universal desde repositorios y bases de datos indexadas . Doxa Comunicación sigue los principios éticos establecidos por el COPE y la World Conference on Research Integrity , y sus artículos se publican bajo la licencia Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0.
