Aims & Scope

Kwartalnik „Res Rhetorica" to recenzowane naukowe czasopismo elektroniczne, powstałe w kręgu badaczy zrzeszonych w Polskim Towarzystwie Retorycznym. Kwartalnik służy jako forum wspólnej refleksji nad rolą retoryki w różnych praktykach komunikacyjnych i upowszechniania badań naukowych na temat retoryki dawnej i współczesnej. Zapraszamy do publikowania oryginalnych tekstów w formie studiów teoretycznych lub prac badawczych. W „Res Rhetorica" ukazują się także opinie, recenzje książek oraz sprawozdania z ważnych wydarzeń naukowych. Artykuły zamieszczane w kwartalniku dotyczą retoryki jako obiektu badań (np. retoryka polityczna, retoryka naukowa, retoryka wizualna, retoryka reklamy) oraz retoryki jako narzędzia badawczego (np. model retoryki Arystotelesa, Kwintyliana, Perelmana, Bootha itd., wraz z ich krytyczną oceną teoretyczno-metodologiczną i/lub propozycjami interdyscyplinarnych zastosowań retoryki). Proponujemy podejście problemowe: zapraszamy do publikowania specjalistów w zakresie retoryki i tych dyscyplin (np. językoznawstwo, literaturoznawstwo, socjologia, historia, historia sztuki), które wykorzystują aparat pojęciowy retoryki i podejście retoryczne do własnych badań.
