Aims & Scope
Revista Derecho is an annual publication of Aequus Editorial, the publishing house of the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of El Salvador, with the objective of generating a space for academic discussion on topics of interest in the field of Legal Sciences. It aims to disseminate original and unpublished research, jurisprudence studies, and academic papers prepared by the national or international legal community. It promotes research in the university community, especially among students, graduates, and professionals in the field of Legal Sciences. The journal incorporates the academic work of professors, students, as well as relevant national and international professionals and researchers, covering a broad spectrum of the academic community. This dissemination platform is established with the purpose of promoting and fostering the dissemination of knowledge in areas of significance for both the national and international legal scene, contributing to the debate on current issues and the contribution to problem-solving from academia. Within its pages, a variety of valuable contributions are intertwined: from academic articles that delve into essential topics of Legal Sciences, to meticulous research that sheds light on current and significant issues.
