Aims & Scope
Revista de Iniciación Científica (RIC) is an open journal dedicated to the dissemination, exchange, and debate of topics of interest to the university community, primarily at the undergraduate level. Its objective is to promote the creation, expression, and dissemination of novel and empirical works. RIC prioritizes original works related to science, technology, and engineering, developed by undergraduate students, published in Spanish, Portuguese, or English. This includes results from final degree projects and other undergraduate research work. Starting in 2018, publications in RIC are assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier). The journal is peer-reviewed (double-blind) and publishes semi-annually (January-June and July-December).
