Aims & Scope
Focusing on all domains of Islamic Studies but not limited to: Basic Islamic Sciences The Quran, Hadith, Exegesis, Islamic Jurisprudence, Kalam, History of Islamic Sects, Arabic Language and Literature; Philosophy and Religious Sciences: Islamic Philosophy, Philosophy of Religion, Logic, Psychology of Religion, Sociology of Religion, Education of Religion, and History of Religions; Islamic History and Arts: Islamic History, History of Islamic Arts, Islamic Literature. SIARJ aims to provide a forum for the study of Islam and Muslim societies in a global context with added focus on the Pakistani region. It encourages interdisciplinary studies of the Islamic world that are cross-national and comparative to encourage interaction among academics from relevant and various traditions of learning.
