Aims & Scope

Jurnal Idea Hukum (JIH) merupakan jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Magister Hukum, Fakultas Hukum Universitas Jenderal Soedirman UNSOED) Purwokerto. JIH berfungsi sebagai media untuk mengembangkan ilmu hukum yang progresif, responsif dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Redaksi menerima karya ilmiah yang berupa gagasan konseptual dan hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan ilmu hukum. JIH terbit dua kali dalam setahun yaitu Maret dan Oktober.
