Prâksis is a biannual open-access electronic journal of the Postgraduate Program in Cultural Processes and Manifestations of Universidade Feevale, with publications since 2004. Its focus is to promote advanced studies oriented towards cultural processes and manifestations. These studies are justified by the importance of historical references and aesthetic reflections – perceived as part of a foundational memory materialized through acts of communication, expressed in different languages – in the constitution of regional and national collective identities. This characterizes the concentration area, named Cultural Processes and Manifestations, which was conceived from an interdisciplinary perspective allowing dialogue and associating specific knowledge from History, Communication, and Literature, with complementary contributions from Philosophy and Art.
