Modern Electronic Materials is an open access journal that publishes original research articles on the manufacturing and properties of semiconducting, magnetic, and dielectric materials for micro- and nanoelectronics. It also covers boundary surfaces, non-thermal activation methods of physical processes, quantum-sized structures, nanocrystals, and the material science of single crystal semiconductors, dielectrics, and magnetic materials.
