Aims & Scope
AVERROUS: Jurnal Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Malikussaleh (p-ISSN: 2477-5231; e-ISSN: 2502-8715) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal dedicated to the advancement of medical and health sciences through the publication of high-quality scholarly works. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, academics, clinicians, and health professionals to disseminate scientific knowledge and promote interdisciplinary collaboration in the fields of medicine and health sciences. The journal publishes original research articles, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses conducted in accordance with internationally recognized scientific and reporting standards. Brief communications reporting concise findings in medicine, recent developments in diagnostic procedures, treatments, public health issues, or healthcare system development are also accepted. Focus and Scope Correspondence regarding articles previously published in this journal is welcome. Health Professions Education and Medical Education Research and scholarly works related to medical education, health professions education, curriculum development, teaching and learning strategies, assessment methods, and educational innovation in health sciences. Interdisciplinary Research Multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies relevant to medicine and health sciences that are considered appropriate by the editors. Manuscripts submitted to the journal must be written in English and must not have been previously published or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
