Aims & Scope
Diversi Jurnal Hukum is a scientific journal published by the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Kadiri (UNISKA) Kediri since 2015. It aims to be an effective means to improve the research culture for academics or legal practitioners in accordance with national standards. Diversi Jurnal Hukum is published twice a year, in April and December, with 8 articles per issue. The journal focuses on the study of legal issues in Indonesia and internationally, covering Civil Law, Business and Commercial Law, Criminal Policy and Justice Law, State Administrative Law and Human Rights, State Administrative Law and Government, Environmental Law, Land and Property Law, Intellectual Property and Information Law, International Law, Islamic Law, Legal Theory, Methodology, Ideology, and Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration (ADR).
