Aims & Scope
Business Ethics and Leadership (BEL) is a peer-reviewed international gold open access journal. It spreads results of theoretical and empirical studies as well as the best global practices for ethical standards and leadership in business, trade, management, marketing, public communications, finance, public administration and international economic relations. These aspects are considered at the level of different countries all over the world. They comprise international cooperation, regions and local communities, all types of economic agents, international and local companies, SME and householders. The key aspects of honesty, transparency, ethical standards, trust, leadership and innovation, corporate responsibility, social entrepreneurship, gender and social equality, behavioral economics, management leadership, organizational culture, protection of consumer interests are subjects within the journal scope. The journal publishes fundamental and applied research results, conceptual and empirical articles, analytical thematic studies and critical reviews. The journal operates under a continuous publication model. Articles are published online immediately after peer review, editorial processing, and acceptance. Each article is released as a Version of Record with DOI and full bibliographic information. Issues are compiled quarterly from articles published during the respective period. The journal is recommended for researchers, businessmen, enterprisers, librarians and members of academic communities.
