Aims & Scope
Jurnal Ilmiah Dunia Hukum (JIDH) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal that provides a global platform for the exchange of innovative research and critical discourse in the field of legal studies. The journal is published periodically to promote interdisciplinary scholarship and foster intellectual dialogue among researchers, policymakers, practitioners, and legal scholars across the world, particularly those focusing on developing countries. JIDH aims to advance the understanding of law and governance from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
