The journal is educational and its aim is to improve knowledge in the palliative and supportive care provided for patients with cancer and other chronic diseases. “Palliative Medicine in Practice” is an interdisciplinary journal directed to practitioners of different kinds of support, particularly to physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, social workers, psychologists, chaplains, and volunteers.
