Aims & Scope
Udayana Journal of Law and Culture (UJLC) is an open-access and peer-reviewed journal that publishes research results or conceptual articles that show interdisciplinary characters. UJLC focuses on intersections between law and aspects of culture in a contemporary context. It, therefore, covers, but is not limited to, areas of law that relate to issues of customary society, indigenous peoples, religion, human rights, gender, tourism, sustainable environment, and economic development, with a particular emphasis on the Indonesian context and global perspective . UJLC offers space to academics, students, researchers, and practitioners worldwide interested in providing insights into any of the focuses mentioned earlier. It is expected that the articles published in UJLC support the respect for human dignity, the promotion of social progress, and better living standards.
