Aims & Scope
The journal is dedicated to the development and popularization of historical science, the improvement of critical thinking, and especially historiographical research, primarily of broader national interest. This includes publishing works that are the result of scientific research. The thematic scope covers political, economic, social history, as well as the history of everyday life and the history of historiography. In addition to scientific papers, the journal publishes historical sources, reviews, critiques, and polemics. The journal pays special attention to the study of historical processes, phenomena, and personalities of crucial significance for the history of Serbs in Bosnia and Herzegovina/Republic of Srpska, from the earliest to the modern era, with the aim of understanding these phenomena in the context of broader European and world historical processes, as well as the influence of international relations and processes on the socio-historical processes of Serbian history. The journal is open to young authors from the country and the region. It publishes original, previously unpublished works from the field of general and national history, as well as other types of contributions as needed.
