Unes Journal of Swara Justisia is a journal with the theme of Legal Science, with benefits and goals for the development of Legal Science, by emphasizing the originality, specificity and up-to-dateness of articles in each issue. The purpose of this Journal's publication is to provide a space for publishing critical thinking from original research, as well as conceptual ideas from academics, researchers, and practitioners that have never been published in other media. The scope of writing (Aim & Scope) in this Journal includes: Criminal Law, Philosophy and Theory of Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Business Law, State Administrative Law and Notary Law.
