Aims & Scope

Its scope encompasses various areas of legal scholarship, including employment and industrial law, corporate governance and social responsibility, intellectual property, corporate law and finance, insolvency, commercial law and consumer protection, environmental law, taxation, competition law, regulatory theory, and human rights issues. The journal welcomes articles offering theoretical perspectives, practical insights, and critical analysis relevant to both national and international legal developments.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
