Aims & Scope

Jurnal Trias Politika (JTP) is a double-blind peer-reviewed open access journal published by the Department of Government Studies, Universitas Riau Kepulauan. It is dedicated to advancing global scholarly discourse on the most pressing issues in politics and governance. The journal provides a crucial platform for high-quality, interdisciplinary research with a distinctive emphasis on the Global South. Its scope comprehensively covers five core areas : Political Science & Democratic Studies; Public Policy & Governance; Comparative Politics & Global Governance; Political Economy & Development; and Security, Conflict, and Human Rights. JTP actively seeks empirically robust and theoretically innovative contributions that offer comparative insights and policy-relevant implications, fostering a vital dialogue among scholars, practitioners, and policymakers worldwide to deepen our understanding of contemporary political dynamics.
