Aims & Scope

The journal's thematic focus is the discussion and publication of research results and best practices on a wide range of current issues in the field of knowledge "Culture and Arts" (02) in the specialty "Management of Sociocultural Activities" (028). The scientific journal is focused on highlighting current problems in the theory, history, culture, and art of management, its achievements, and development prospects in the socio-cultural sphere of Ukraine and the world. Each issue of the journal publishes the results of scientific research conducted by scientists from Ukrainian and foreign higher education institutions and research institutions; expert assessments and recommendations from leading scientists and practitioners in the field of socio-cultural management; information on scientific events; reviews of monographs, textbooks, and scientific and methodological manuals on management disciplines in the sectors of the socio-cultural sphere. The journal's permanent sections include "Theory and History of Management", "Culture and Art of Management", "Management Education", "Psychology of Management", "Entrepreneurship, Management and Marketing in the Socio-Cultural Sphere", "State, Regional and Municipal Cultural Management", "Strategic and Financial Management of Cultural and Artistic Complex Development", "Corporate Management of Cultural Organizations", "Innovative and Investment Management", "Information Technologies in the Management of the Sociocultural Sphere", etc. The materials published in the journal are original, reveal current issues of management theory and practice; reflect qualified positions and competent opinions of scientists, experts, practitioners, and managers; orient readers towards a deeper understanding of the problems currently being researched by science and management practice in the socio-cultural sphere. The materials published in the journal develop modern theory, history, culture, and art of management, enrich the practice of socio-cultural activities with original management solutions and technologies that can be used both in the educational process at various levels of study and in scientific research, including dissertations.
