Aims & Scope

The journal aims to publish the results of fundamental and applied scientific research in the field of law, develop modern legal science, and ensure scientific communication between domestic and foreign researchers. The main tasks of the publication include: publishing original scientific articles containing the results of theoretical and empirical research on current problems of legal science; highlighting issues of general theory and philosophy of law, public and private law. Thematic diversity of articles covers issues related to: current problems of general theory and philosophy of law; public and private law; human rights and the rule of law. The journal also publishes reviews of scientific works, surveys of judicial practice, and updates of legislation.
