Journal of program and Development Research, is a scientific-research journal devoted to publishing the scientific research in the fields of development, planning, budgeting, and economics of government, and future studies with aim of: Theoretical support for developmental state, and planning & budgeting system, in order to base them on the scientific knowledge and approach Empowering and promoting the economic governance of Islamic republic of Iran Improving the knowledge, awareness and expertise of academicians, managers, researchers, and experts in economics, development and planning Presenting the scientific achievements of researchers in the field of economics, development, and planning Guidelines : Our guideline to realize the above aims are: Following the scientific rules in preparing papers Relying on scientific research achievements in the field of planning and budgeting (planning, development, budgeting, public economics, economy of Iran, and future studies of macroeconomic variables) Observing the major problems, challenges and opportunities in the field of planning and budgeting, and presenting strategies and policies
