Aims & Scope
Virtual Economics is an international, peer-reviewed open-access scholarly journal publishing research on the economic and managerial implications of digital transformation and technological development. The journal examines how digitalisation, information and communication technologies and data-driven systems influence economic processes, organisational structures, markets, institutions and public policy, with particular attention to economic development, innovation and sustainability transitions. Virtual Economics publishes original research articles, review papers and analytically grounded case studies that advance theoretical and empirical knowledge in economics, management and related interdisciplinary fields.
