Iudaica Russica

Aims & Scope

Iudaica Russica is a scientific journal published by the University of Silesia in Katowice. It appears in print and electronic form twice a year. All articles in the journal Iudaica Russica are available free of charge, in open access. The journal covers topics related to Russian Jews, their emigration waves, and the Russian-language literary output of generations born in the 1970s, with a focus on prominent Russian-speaking creators of the 20th century who settled in the West or Israel. It also includes discussions on Christianity and antisemitism, the history of loanwords, Zionist figures, and Jewish contexts in literature.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
