Aims & Scope

Advanced Space Law is a semiannual, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on theoretical and conceptual problems and issues in the realm of space law. The journal focuses on innovative studies in air and space law while fostering the rule of law as a benefit for nation-states and their commercial actors operating in air and space domains. The main goal of the Advanced Space Law journal is to promote the ongoing development of air and space law (public and private international law) and to expand the rule of law in the exploration and utilization of outer space.
