Aims & Scope

Journal Orbeliani has been published by Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University since 2019. It is an annual, peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary, open-access scholarly journal dedicated to advancing research across a broad range of academic disciplines. The journal provides a platform for original and innovative reasearch in the following fields: The journal welcomes submissions of original research articles, review articles, and scholarly translations in various languages. All submissions undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure academic quality and integrity. Since 2023, Journal Orbeliani has been published in both Georgian and English, thereby expanding its international readership and scholarly engagement. One general issue is published annually. In addition, special issues may be released when appropriate to address specific thematic topics or emerging areas of research. Journal Orbeliani follows a diamond open-access model: both submission and publication are free of charge for authors, ensuring unrestricted access to knowledge and promoting the broad dissemination of research.
