The Journal for Turkish-German Legal Studies (TAÜHFD) aims to contribute to practice and teaching by publishing original and scientific studies prepared in the field of basic law and other fields of science related to law. The Journal for Turkish-German Legal Studies aims to include studies in law and other related fields. In this context, the Journal includes scientific studies such as articles, decision reviews, translations, book reviews, book reviews, legislation reviews written in Turkish, German or English by academicians, researchers and practitioners in law and other related fields. The Journal for Turkish-German Legal Studies considers theoretical, methodological and comparative studies related to the current developments and trends as priority scientific research topics.
